ABOUT
S.M.A.L.L. EDUCATION
S.M.A.L.L. Education was founded by
Dr. Robin D. Small, Ed.D., who brings over 25 years of experience in both K-12 and higher education. We help schools focus on what truly matters for scholars’ growth by partnering with educators and school teams to reduce initiative fatigue and implement practical strategies, especially for new teachers and those supporting diverse learners. Our goal is to help scholars discover their interests, build confidence and independence, and reach their full potential, preparing them to become productive, self-sufficient adults who love learning. Throughout her career, Dr. Small has been dedicated to identifying opportunities, nurturing talent, and creating environments where everyone, from scholars to educators, can succeed, always bringing a hands-on, personal approach to every partnership.
